For BUYERS, Concierge Title® will complete the following:

• Coordinate the closing time and location with the seller’s title company
• Prepare the official HUD-1 settlement statement
• Coordinate with the buyer’s lender to set up the time and location of the closing
• Complete the buyer’s loan closing, meeting all lender requirements
• Disburse funds to all parties
• Issue title insurance policies to the new homeowner and lender

For SELLERS, Concierge Title® will complete the following:

• Coordinate the closing time and location with the buyer's title company
• Aid in location and updating of abstract (if applicable)
• Assist in clearing title issues
• Order payoffs of mortgages
• Provide early or off-site signing services if schedules will not permit the seller to attend the closing
